TCS Policy

TCS rates are governed by the Government of India and are subject to change. Please confirm the applicable rate at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The above itinerary is a suggested itinerary and not confirmed, as it can be changed by our local transporter or vendor.
  2. The rates are just an offer; if there is any addition or reduction in passengers, the rates may change according to the final number of passengers.
  3. We strongly recommend every client upgrade hotels based on their choice and star category.
  4. We are intermediaries who book and arrange all services for our clients. The services are provided by service providers such as hotels and airlines, for which we do not have control over their quality.
  5. All special requests (early check-in, smoking, non-smoking, etc.) are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  6. All rates and services are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.
  7. Prices are on a per-person basis for double occupancy, unless specified otherwise.
  8. Inclusions mentioned in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to your booked package type based on the pricing and acceptance above.
  9. Any delay or cancellation of the program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
  10. Please follow the timings given by the driver or guide for all services and transfers; failure to do so may result in no refund.
  11. Suggested hotels can be changed to equivalent or higher-priced options as per the hotel's official rate sheet.
  12. The hotel will provide a double or twin room based on availability; we have no control over this.
  13. We book basic rooms unless a specific room category is requested.
  14. Special assistance is subject to approval based on request.
  15. The tour cost is calculated as per current taxes and charges; any changes until departure will be the client's responsibility.
  16. Clients are responsible for visa processing and timing; we will not be liable for any delays or refusals.
  17. If hotels or suppliers change their quotes, the revised quotes will be forwarded to you.
  18. Disputes or refund requests will not be accepted verbally; invoices and supporting documents are required for processing refunds.
  19. Hotel cancellations and no-shows are the client's responsibility.
  20. Clients are responsible for any additional cancellation policies imposed by airlines, cruises, hotels, etc.
  21. Any confirmation via email, verbal communication, or advance payment will be treated as acceptance of these terms.
