Any personal information you provide to us including your / your clients' names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Mannhit Vacations Over World Holidays Pvt. Ltd., except where required by us to process your booking and to ensure that travel arrangements run smoothly, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. We will not pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements.
(If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.) The principals will use your information subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. Please ask either us, or them, for a copy of this if you would like to see it
Protecting Credit and Debit Card Number
Mannhit Vacations Over World Holidays uses customers' debit and credit card number for their payment process. Other confidential information we collect is not shared with third parties until or unless we are required to do so by the law, and when we believe that disclosure is essential for protecting our rights and/or complying with a court order, judicial proceeding, or legal process served on our Site.
Unfortunately if our security system is breached, we try our best to notify you as early as possible.
Children Restriction
Mannhit Vacations Over World Holidays is not for children who are 12 or below it. We our policy allows us for intentionally collecting or maintaining information about anyone under the age of 12. Even one under the age of 12 doesn't enjoy the right to submit data, provide personal information or become our member. It is advisable to learn that minors between the ages of 12 and 17 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) prior to boob airlines ticket/s.
