The Route
Day 1: Arrival in Leh
Arrive in Leh and rest for acclimatization, with the evening free in the market.
Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing
Visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and the local market, keeping the day light for acclimatization.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley
Cross Khardung La Pass en route to Nubra Valley, checking in to your camp.
Day 4: Nubra Valley Sightseeing
Visit the sand dunes at Hunder for a camel safari, and Diskit Monastery.
Day 5: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake
Drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok route, arriving in time for sunset over the lake.
Day 6: Pangong Lake to Leh
Morning at the lake before driving back to Leh.
Day 7: Leh Monastery Tour
Visit Hemis, Thiksey and Shey Monasteries around Leh.
Day 8: Departure
Free morning before transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
